The annual financial planning system of  "Atlant-M" holding have been establishing in the course of several years.

Currently, the Holding is acting as the owning bank of bankroll. In case of need to allocate a credit for one of the subdivisions on developing any project, the sub-unit works out the business plan and is entitled to the budget compliance procedure within the Holding’s Committee of directors.

The liability fulfillment control in terms of business plan is executed on the basis of aligned accounting system. In case the subdivision doesn’t fulfill or surpasses the plan (meaning understated liability), there should be an additional analysis carried out.

In case, the carried out analysis shows the impossibility to fulfill in time the liability on allocated credit, the Holding appoints a crisis manager.
